a drawing class for everyone
beginner to experienced
It's not JUST about drawing...
it is about learning to see as an artist sees!
(ages 14 - adult)
this class will enable anyone and everyone to learn to draw -
or to improve their drawing... and then some!

Write it Out!
Allow this summer to be a time to re-unite with the write within.
Allow your truths to come out, just between you and the paper.
Put your inner censor to rest.
Write for the joy of it, to see where it takes you.
This is NOT a "how to write" course, or a "get published fast" course.
It IS part memoir writing, part creative inner pruning,
and full of delightful, fun surprises!
Discover writing for the sake of writing!

Meet the Teacher
Mimi Schlichter's education
includes
a BA in Biology from Gettysburg College, graduate course work at
the Lutheran Theological Seminary in
Gettysburg, and courses at the Rhode Island School of Design.
Following a variety of endeavors that included fundraising, image
consulting, direct marketing sales, and full-time at home mothering,
she finally found the courage to stand up tall in her boots and call
herself “artist.” Mimi paints in oils and acrylics , is a
certified reflexologist, and Minister of Music at Christ Lutheran
Church in Falmouth,
MA. For the past ten years she has taught classes based on
Julia Cameron’s
book The Artists Way.
