The Artist's Way,
a course in "creative recovery and discovery."
Registration is closed for this class, as classes have already begun.
Based on the classic text by Julia Cameron,
the class guides individuals through an exploration
of both their history and future relative to creativity,
through a series of readings, in class exercises, and group interaction.
It's about unblocking our creativity, by discovering what obstacles
we have placed in our own way over the years,
and how we may enhance our present lives through creative endeavors.
I have personally experiences dramatic changes in my life
through the work of this course,
and watched it in action in the lives of others.
$12 weeks - $190

Meet the Teacher
Mimi Schlichter's education
includes
a BA in Biology from Gettysburg College, graduate course work at
the Lutheran Theological Seminary in
Gettysburg, and courses at the Rhode Island School of Design.
Following a variety of endeavors that included fundraising, image
consulting, direct marketing sales, and full-time at home mothering,
she finally found the courage to stand up tall in her boots and call
herself “artist.” Mimi paints in oils and acrylics ,
is a
certified reflexologist, and Minister of Music at Christ Lutheran
Church in Falmouth,
MA. For the past ten years she has taught classes based on
Julia Cameron’s
book The Artists Way. In May of 2009 she realized her dream
of opening her own gallery and studio at 95 Palmer Avenue, Falmouth,
